A weekly planning double page spread with a 12 week focus. I designed this to be used in conjunction with the Simple 12 Week Planner (though it doesn’t need to be!).
As you plan your week you can refer to you big goals set in the 12 week plan to give you some focus. Then there are sections for wellbeing and food planning and also a tracker at the bottom. Everything you need to get your week planned just the way you want it.
The design has been created so you only need to use black ink, making them super affordable to print at home.
The copyright of this material remains with the creator. You may use it for your own personal use as much as you like as a non-commercial single user, but you are not permitted to forward, share, edit, resell or redistribute in digital or printable form. The material may not be used as templates, printables or as kits to sell or use as free download.
